The Tuebingen University Research Center for International Economic Law (TURCIEL) is a unit within the Tuebingen University Law School. It unites legal scholars specializing in various areas of public and private international law as well as European Community law. The Center´s research interests focus especially on international trade in goods and services, international finance, banking and insurance. Of special concern are legal issues of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
