Ankündigung einer fremdsprachigen rechtswissenschaftlichen Veranstaltung für das Sommersemester 2012

European Constitutional Law:

Die Juristische Fakultät wird im kommenden Sommersemester eine außerplanmäßige fremdsprachige rechtswissenschaftliche Veranstaltung anbieten. Als Dozentin für die Veranstaltung „European Constitutional Law“ konnte Dr. Bilun Müller, LL. M. (Bruges), Assistant Professor an der School of Law des Trinity College Dublin, gewonnen werden.

Inhalt der Veranstaltung:

The aim of this course is to provide an introduction to the law of the European Union, in particular to examine its origins an development.

The first part of the course concentrates on the legal system, the institutions and the decision making process. The second part of the course examines fundamental freedoms while in the third part the influence on national law and future developments will be discussed.

This course will include an interactive case study of a case dealt with by the European Court of Justice.

Anmeldung: Die Anmeldung erfolgt elektronisch über die Eintragungslisten „fremdsprachige Lehrveranstaltungen“. Sie wird voraussichtlich ab dem 09.04.2012, 9.00 Uhr möglich sein. Es besteht eine Anmeldefrist bis 21.05.2012.
