Young Jurisprudence Forum

deutsch deutsch

The Young Jurisprudence Forum is an initiative of junior faculty members of Eberhard-Karls-University Law School. It offers a platform to scholars who wish to present and discuss their research at any stage – including early drafts. The discourse we envisage reflects the methodological diversity that can be observed in the legal discourse in recent times. The academic debate concerning legal issues that we hope to foster encompasses both, traditional legal analysis and research dwelling on interdisciplinary approaches that apply the methodology of various other disciplines to a diversity of legal problems. The Forum is thus open to lawyers as well as scholars of other disciplines whose research is concerned with aspects of the law on the books and the law in action. It is imperative for the academic discourse to reflect the incremental international integration of national jurisdictions and the increasing cross-border impact of regulation. Hence, the Forum also invites scholars from foreign institutions.
